Der Gesetzgeber gibt dabei Anforderungen an die technische Ausgestaltung, den Umfang der Pflicht sowie verschiedene Zeitpunkte vor, zu denen Unternehmen ihre Ausgangsrechnungen als e-Rechnungen auszustellen haben.
